Refund Policy

We want every order to deliver what you paid for. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Automatic refunds to your balance

• Cancelled orders – the full amount returns to your balance automatically.
• Partial orders – the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically.
• Orders that cannot start – refunded in full to your balance.

When a refund is not possible

• The link was wrong, private, deleted or changed while the order was running.
• The username was changed during delivery.
• A second order was placed on the same link at the same time.
• The order has already been delivered in full.

Wallet balance

Deposits are added to your wallet and used for orders on this website. Balance is not normally withdrawn back to your payment method. If you believe you were charged in error, open a ticket with the transaction ID and we will look into it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We resolve genuine problems quickly. Disputes filed without contacting us may lead to account suspension.

Refills

For services marked Refill, drops within the refill period are topped up free of charge — request a refill from support with your order ID.
